Active verbs…

Active verbs are your key to being engaged. They are the foundation of solving problems. They are the engine for sustainability. Without active verbs, nothing happens.

Here are three simple questions to ask yourself if you are being “active” or “inactive”:

Are you seeking a way to move forward, or waiting for someone else to make the first move?

Are you driving change to support continuous improvement, or are you stalling change with inaction?

Are you climbing over the obstacles, or letting apathy climb over you?

The next time you are on the plant floor or in a meeting, ask yourself if you are being an “active” verb.

A mentor once told me, “If it’s smart to do right, then it’s right to do right.” Think about it.

Now, go be the active verb where you have influence…

Be Intentional,
